Recent researches on epidermal stem cell

近来研究表明,皮肤组织特异性干细胞--表皮干细胞是皮肤及其附属器发生、修复、改建的关键性源泉.皮肤组织工程学概念的引入,使得创面由解剖修复到功能修复成为可能[1],激发了人们的研究兴趣.1999年12月,干细胞研究进展被美国<科学>杂志评为年度世界十大科学之首,并认为干细胞的研究将成为疾病治疗的突破口;目前利用干细胞进行组织重建和转基因研究成为生物医学领域的重要方向[2].表皮干细胞在创面愈合过程中扮演着重要角色,研究表皮干细胞增殖、分化及调控机制,对于促进皮肤结构和功能的生理性修复具有重义.……
