Changes in plasma neuropeptide Y and diamine oxidase levels in rats post scald

摘 要：目的:探讨大鼠烫伤后血浆NPY与DAO变化及其意义.方法:分别采用放射免疫分析法、分光光度法测定烫伤后不同时间点血浆NPY含量和DAO活性.结果:大鼠烫伤后血浆NPY逐步升高,12小时组最高,24小时组基本恢复正常;烫伤后血浆DAO活性逐步升高,伤后12小时组最高,但24小时组乃明显高于对照组;烫伤后血浆NPY与DAO的变化呈正相关.结论:大鼠烫伤后血浆NPY和DAO均升高且呈正相关,NPY升高可能是造成肠缺血缺氧的因素之一.
