摘　要：目的:综述眼睑再造术的研究进展.方法:采用文献回顾和综合分析方法.结果:眼睑再造术有许多新的术式、新材料出现,材料的作用机制研究也已达到分子水平,然而临床有时仍达不到十分理想的效果.结论:眼睑再造术的改进是无止境的,发掘更好的皮瓣、材料,简化手术方法,对整形科具有现实意义.
