摘 要：目的：观察湿润环境对中厚皮片供皮区创面愈合的促进作用。方法：用水胶体敷料和藻酸盐敷料在中厚皮片供皮区创面上形成密闭和半密闭的湿润伤口环境，观察创面愈合时间、感染可能性及伤口疼痛程度。结果：在密闭和半密闭的湿润环境下中厚皮片供皮区创面愈合时间明显缩短，创面无感染，疼痛减轻。结论：湿润环境能促进中厚皮片供皮区创面愈合，是一种安全、有效的方法。

Clinical Observation on Promoting the Healing of Wounds in Medium Thickness Skin Graft Donor Site in Moist Environment

Abstract：Objective: To observe the effect of promoting the healing of wounds in medium thickness skin graft donor site in moist environment. Method: Hydrocolloid and alginate dressings were applied on the donor site of medium thickness skin graft to form an occlusive and a semi－occlusive moist environment. The healing time of the wound, wound pain and infection were observed. Results: In an occlusive and a semi－occlusive environment, the healing time of the wounds in the donor site of medium thickness skin graft was shortened. Wound pain was relieved and there was no infection of the wounds. Conclusion: A moist environment could promote the healing of the wounds on the donor site of medium thickness skin graft. It is useful and safe method.
