摘 要：目的：及时掌握烧伤感染病原菌和细菌耐药性变迁的特点。方法：在1995年8月－1997年6月调查的基础上，对照1997年7月－2000年7月期间的烧伤病人血培养和创面培养细菌检出及药敏调查情况进行综合分析。结果：两组比较，血培养显示铜绿假单孢菌继续保持第一位，占23.5％，表皮葡萄球菌退居第三位，其中第二组G－杆菌占58.8％，G＋球菌占29.4％；创面培养，铜绿假单孢菌上升至第一位，占19.5％，金黄色葡萄球菌退至第6位，其中第二组G－杆菌占73.5％，G＋球菌占22.2％。5年内重要菌群G－杆菌居首位，近3年常用抗菌药物如头孢他啶等耐药性较前2年明显增加。结论：G－杆菌是烧伤病区主要病原菌，而耐药G－杆菌的增加是近年细菌耐药性变迁的主要特点。

An Investigation of the Changes of Bacterial Flora and Antibiotic Resistance of Bacteria of Burn Patients in the Period of 1995 to 2000

Abstract：Objective: To study and analyze the character of the change in the pathogenic bacteria of burn infection and their drug resistance. Method: Comparing with the result of blood and wound culture, and bacteria and their drug sensitivity in the past 3 years. Result: In blood culture, Pseudomonas aeruginosa accounted for 23.5％ remained in the first place, while Staphylococcus epidermidis fell to the third place. In group 2, Gram negative bacillus accounted for 58.8％ and Gram positive coccus 29.4％ . In wound culture, Pseudomonas aeruginosa ranked the top (19.5％ ) while Staphylococcus aureous fell to the sixth, Gram negative bacillus accounted for 73.5％ , Gram positive coccus 22.2％ . Conclusion: Gram positive bacillus was the major strain in our ward, and increase of Gram positive bacilli has played the leading role in the change of bacterial drug resistance in the past years.
