• 放弃医学治疗临终最晚期癌症患者全营养食疗研究报告

    【摘要】 目的:通过对放弃医学治疗临终最晚期癌症患者进行全营养食疗,提供给患者所有正常细胞活动所需的全部营养成分,包括碳水化合物、蛋白质(全部氨基酸)、脂肪酸(多种)、维生素、矿物质、微量元素和干细胞营养物质(简称再生物质),同时结合生物钟饮食计划,使人体中80%的细胞按其自身的活动或休息所需的不同营养,得到不同的营养成分。最大可能地保障各种营养食物充分消化、吸收和利用,使所有正常细胞得到强壮,实现组织器官再生和功能恢复,抵抗癌细胞对正常细胞的伤害,起到营养抗癌的目的。探索全营养食疗对临终最晚期癌症患者具有抗癌效果的可能性。方法:患者或家属在网上注册并填写全营养食疗申请表,上传病历资料。专家组根据病历资料进行审核,将符合研究条件的患者纳入本研究,提供美宝牌胃肠胶囊和膳素,患者或家属按要求1d~3d汇报病情及每餐的饮食成分和量,专家在网上结合生物钟饮食计划给予饮食指导和解答患者、家属咨询。结果:1.参加全营养食疗超过15d的患者总的存活率73.04%,死亡率26.96%。最晚期癌症临终期生存率44.44%,死亡率55.56%;最晚期癌症进展期生存率84.00%,死亡率16.00%;最晚期癌症相对稳定期生存率100%。2.参加全营养食疗超过1个月的患者总的存活率72.91%,死亡率27.09%。最晚期癌症临终期生存率44.44%,死亡率55.56%;最晚期癌症进展期生存率83.87%,死亡率16.13%;最晚期癌症相对稳定期生存率100%。3.参加全营养食疗超过2个月的患者总的存活率71.58%,死亡率28.42%。最晚期癌症临终期生存率41.67%,死亡率58.33%;最晚期癌症进展期生存率83.48%,死亡率16.52%;最晚期癌症相对稳定期生存率100%。4.参加全营养食疗超过3个月的患者总的存活率67.70%,死亡率32.30%。最晚期癌症临终期生存率40.00%,死亡率60.00%;最晚期癌症进展期生存率79.35%,死亡率20.65%;最晚期癌症相对稳定期生存率100%。5.参加全营养食疗超过4个月的患者总的生存率57.35%,死亡率42.65%。最晚期癌症临终期生存率33.33%,死亡率66.67%;最晚期癌症进展期生存率61.54%,死亡率38.46%;最晚期癌症相对稳定期生存率100%。结论:无论是总的生存率,还是各期最晚期癌症和各种癌症的生存率都明显提高,能明显改善患者的胃肠道功能,提高部分患者的睡眠质量,增加部分患者体重,增强部分患者的体力,减轻部分病人疼痛,达到延长患者生命,提高患者生活质量和减轻患者痛苦等作用。其结果与我们在细胞学和动物实验学实验中的规律相同。

    Research Report on Full-scale Nutrition Diet Therapy for the Latest Terminal Cancer Patients just before Dying, Who Had Given up Medical Treatment.     【Abstract】Objective:  A full-scale nutrition diet therapy for terminal cancer patients in latest stage, who had given up medical treatment, was presented and conducted. For this purpose, all nutrition components the patients natural cells needed for were proposed and supplied, including carbohydrate, protein (all amino acids), multiple fatty acids, Vitamins, mineral composition, microelement and stem cell nutrient substance (so called as “regeneration substance”). At the same time, following with the biological clock diet plan that enabled the 80% cells of the body to obtain different nutrition according to their autologous law of activity or rest so as to ensure all kinds of nutrition were digested, absorbed and used fully. As a result, it made all of the cells getting stronger so as to achieve the target of tissue organs regeneration and function recovery and to stop cancer cells to damage normal cells further more. It was expected to achieve the goal of anti-cancer with supplying full-scale nutrition. To approach the possibility of the anti-cancer effect with full-scale nutrition diet therapy for the latest terminal cancer patients just before dying. Method: Patients or their family members were required to register and to fill the complete nutrition diet therapy application form in the web, uploaded case information. Having examined the information, the experts group admitted the patients enrolled into the research program, who was complied with the enrolling criterion. Then MEBO Gastrointestinal Capsule and Nutrition Composition were supplied to them. The experts gave them the online diet advisement according to the biological clock diet plan, based on the patients or their family members reports of the patients’ condition and diet composition and quantity of per meal every 1-3 days. Results: 1, The survival rate of the patients who were enrolled the program for more than 15 days was 73.04%, while mortality was 26.96%. The latest terminal cancer patients’ in the stage just before dying, the survival rate of them was 44.44%, while the mortality was 55.56%; the survival rate of the latest terminal cancer patients in the progressive stage was 84%, while mortality 16%; the survival rate of the latest terminal cancer patients in the stage of the relative stabilization was 100%. 2, The survival rate for the patients who had been enrolled in the program for more than 1 month was 72.91%, while the mortality was 27.09%. The survival rate of the latest terminal cancer patients in the stage just before dying was 44.44%, while mortality was 55.56%; the survival rate of the latest cancer patients in progressive stage was 83.87%, while the mortality was 16.13%; the survival rate of the latest terminal cancer patients in the stage of relative stabilization was 100% 3, The survival rate for the patients who had been enrolled in this program for more than 2 months was 71.58%, while the mortality 28.42%. The survival rate of the latest terminal cancer patients in the stage just before dying was 41.67%, while mortality was 58.33%; the survival rate of the latest terminal cancer patients in the progressive stage was 83.48%, while the mortality was 16.52%; the survival rate of the latest cancer patients in the relative stabilization stage was 100% 4, The survival rate for the patients who had been enrolled in the program for more than 3 months was 67.70%, while the mortality was 32.30%. The survival rate of the latest terminal cancer patients in the stage just before dying was 40%, while the mortality was 60%; the survival rate of the latest terminal cancer patients in the progressive stage was 79.35%, while the mortality was 20.65%; the survival rate of the latest terminal cancer patients in the relative stabilization stage was 100%. 5, The survival for the patients who had been enrolled in the program for more than 4 months was 57.35%, while the mortality was 42.65%. The survival rate of the latest cancer patients in the stage just before dying was 33.33%, while the mortality was 66.67%; the survival rate of the latest terminal cancer patients in the progressive stage was 61.54%, while th mortality was 38.46%; the survival rate of the latest terminal cancer patients in the relative stabilization stage was 100%. Conclusion: Whatever the survival rate for latest terminal cancer patient enrolled in the program or the survival rate of the latest terminal cancer patients in different stages were all increased obviously. The program can improve patients’ gastrointestinal function and the sleeping quality; enhance part patients’ weight and physical strength, relieved pain. Even it can prolong patients’ life. These results were the same as we obtained in the cytology and experimental zoology experiments.

    人类发现癌症已有3000年以上历史。20世纪以来,癌症的发病率和死亡率都在不断地上升,如发达国家的癌症死亡率近二十年间增加19%,日本近三十年间癌症死亡率增加了—倍。在我国癌症发病率究竟有多高,目前尚缺乏确切的统计数字,有人估计为100~150例/10万人口。据此推算,我国每年新增癌症病人约160万[1]。我国城市居民恶性肿瘤致死率为94.71例/10万人口[2],癌症成为第一位致死疾病,农村居民恶性肿瘤患者病死率更高,为104.01例/10万人口[2],居全部死亡疾病之首。城市居民死亡率最高的10种癌症分别是肺癌、肝癌、胃癌、食道癌、结肠、直肠和肛门癌、白血病、乳腺癌、鼻咽癌、宫颈癌和膀胱癌;农村居民恶性肿瘤患者死亡率最高的 10种癌症分别是肝癌、胃癌、肺癌、食道癌、结肠、直肠和肛门癌、白血病、乳腺癌、鼻咽癌、宫颈癌和膀胱癌。由此可见,无论是城市还是乡村,恶性肿瘤死亡率均位居全部死亡疾病之首[3],故癌症仍是威胁国人生命的最大疾病[4]。
    “全营养食疗”的概念就是提供给人体所有正常细胞活动所需的全部营养成分,包括碳水化合物、蛋白质(全部氨基酸)、脂肪酸(多种)、维生素、矿物质、微量元素和干细胞营养物质(简称再生物质),同时结合生物钟饮食计划,使人体中80%的细胞按其自身的活动或休息所需的不同营养,得到不同的营养成分。最大可能地保障各种营养食物充分消化、吸收和利用,让正常细胞实现“小康”,使所有正常细胞得到强壮,实现预防和治疗人体细胞因为营养成分的供应不足和比例失调引起的所有疾病。
